College of Vagabonds
A loose affiliation of traveling bards, the College of Vagabonds is one of the least organized of all bardic colleges. Meeting only in small informal meetings held in the back rooms of inns and taverns, members of the college trade information about trade routes, merchant fleets, and newly discovered places of interest.
When you join the College of Vagabonds at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with animal handling, vehicles (land), and vehicles (water).
At 3rd level, nonmagical difficult terrain costs you no additional movement. Additionally, you know how to guide your allies through rugged terrain. While a creature has a Bardic Inspiration die granted by you, moving through nonmagical difficult terrain costs them no additional movement. Once they use their inspiration die, this bonus is lost.
At 6th level, your speed increases by 10 feet and your carrying capacity is doubled. While a creature has a Bardic Inspiration die granted by you, their speed is increased by 10 feet. Once they use their inspiration die, this bonus is lost.
Starting at 14th level, you gain immunity to the paralyzed and restrained conditions. You gain advantage on Saving throws against being grappled, knocked prone, or becoming exhausted. If a creature uses a Bardic Inspiration die that you have granted them on a saving throw against becoming exhausted, paralyzed, restrained, grappled, or prone they may reroll their Bardic Inspiration die on a result of a 1 or 2.
