Auminair’s Luminous Chains

2nd-level Conjuration

Casting Time: 1 action

Range: 30 feet

Components: V, S

Duration: Concentration, up to 1 minute

A creature of your choice that you can see within range is enveloped in spectral chains that slowly bind and wrap it. The target must succeed on a Strength saving throw or take 1d6 radiant damage and be restrained until the spell ends.
At the end of each of its turns, the target can make a Strength or Dexterity check (its choice) against your spell save DC. On success, it frees itself. On a failure, it takes an additional 1d6 radiant damage.
On each of your turns after you cast this spell, you can use a bonus action to increase its hold on the target. A creature who is already restrained must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or be knocked prone and incapacitated. A creature who is incapacitated must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or become stunned. A creature who is stunned must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or be paralyzed. A creature who is paralyzed must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or be knocked unconscious.

“Auminair is a good friend. A bard that found religion and took the oath of paladin. Who would’ve thought? Still fun at parties though, and someone I’d have at my side in any scrap.”

- Seamus the Bard
